  • Q, I am not sure if my children can attend premium class.

    A, Please let us know through form when applying our class. We are happy to talk with your kids level.

    Q, Can I ride after the class?

    A, Yes, the class fee includes a one-day bike park pass, so you can ride either before or after the class.

    Q, What happens in case of rain?

    A, If the probability of rain exceeds 50% three days before the event, the event will be rescheduled.

    Q, What is the minimum age for participation?

    A, Participation is available from the age of 9, but younger children may also be eligible based on their skill level. Please feel free to contact us for more details, as we will assess each case individually based on ability.

    Q, Is there food at the venue?

    A, Unfortunately, there is no onsite cafe. Please be sure to bring your own water and snacks.

    Q, If my child is injured, is it covered?

    A, We take the safety of participants very seriously. The event is insured, but only minimal coverage is provided.

    We recommend that you purchase your own outdoor insurance and bicycle insurance.

  • Q, Can I bring my own mountain bike?

    A, You can bring your own mountain bike if it is suitable for use on our course. We will need to check the brakes and tire width, so please send photos when you inquire.

    Q, Can I ride the rental bike the whole day?

    A, Yes, you can use the rental bike for the whole day.
