I purchased my first mountain bike when I was eleven years old from my local MTB shop in my hometown Ashiya, Japan. I started going to the local dirt jumps every day after school and got a feel for the sport. At the age of fifteen, I entered my first downhill race. The following year, after competing,

I began racing downhill in the national elite class category. In 2010, I won the Junior Champion title, and since then, I have become a four-time National Champion. Since 2017,

I have been attending World Cup races while also competing internationally. Today, besides riding and competing, I am involved in projects building mountain bike tracks, bike schools, and MTB promotions.
